It was great working with Barb on a 1-on-1 Empowerment Program for 12 weeks. Each week, Barb designed the lessons around my areas of focus, addressing my communication weaknesses and improving confidence. This isn't a regular English course with fixed curriculum. It's personal coaching. Barb is very supportive and patient with me, both emotionally and professionally throughout the course. It's like you have a personal trainer who knows you, works with you for a while, and eventually builds strength for you to continue learning and improving even when the course ends. I recommend the course. It feels more fun now when I can communicate with more clarity =)

I had the experience of preparing myself in speaking and writing with Barb to take my Celpip exam, I needed to improve these skills. It was several months of preparation that paid off.
